Work Kit is founded by Lindsay Mayor, an operations and delivery specialist with 20+ years experience across startups, small business and some of New Zealand's best-loved events.
We come in, figure out what needs to happen, and make sure it does. That might mean building the strategy from scratch, managing a launch, coordinating stakeholders, or setting up the systems that keep a business running. Often all of the above.

Who Is Work Kit
Work Kit is me — Lindsay Mayor. I've spent 20+ years being the person who figures out what needs to happen and makes sure it does.
I've worked across tech startups, small business, and some of New Zealand's best-loved events — including the World Buskers Festival, WORD Christchurch and the NZ International Jazz & Blues Festival.
I've helped founders take ideas from concept to launch. I've sat between developers and investors to get startups off the ground. I've built marketing strategies for businesses that had none and created the systems to deliver them. I've taken ideas that were stuck in someone's head and turned them into something real.
